The structure of the ASD band heater uses high-grade heat-resistant mica sheets for the insulation layer, with high-temperature resistant nickel-chromium ribbon wire wired and insulated with mica sheets, then strongly compressed and molded with a metal outer plate, making it electrically and mechanically robust. It is mainly used in injection molding machines and extrusion molding machines, and is employed for the stable and uniform heating of plastic resins and the like. There are standard types available as one-piece and two-piece models, but three-piece and four-piece models can also be manufactured upon request.
