Self-rotating and orbital vacuum mixer Awatori Neritaro ARV-930TWIN
Awatori Rentaro ARV-930TWIN
A production-compatible machine that can perform vacuum processing of up to 1L using a dual-hanging method. 【Demo/sample processing is currently available!】
By adopting a dual-hanging method, it can process up to 1 liter of material, catering to production applications. Uniform mixing and dispersion can be processed simultaneously with sub-micron level degassing treatment. In addition to vacuum processing at 400G, it is equipped with a standard atmospheric pressure degassing mode that generates a powerful acceleration of up to 670G, allowing for high-precision degassing of volatile materials that are not suitable for vacuum degassing. Furthermore, by utilizing Shinki's unique cup holder vacuum method, it minimizes the reduced pressure volume, significantly shortening the vacuum reduction time.

THINKY Corporation has realized simultaneous processing of stirring and degassing through the concept of combining two types of rotation: rotation and revolution. The "Awatori Rentaro," a rotary-revolution mixer, was born as a device that can process these two opposing processes, "stirring" and "defoaming," which had long been considered separate steps in the material processing process, simultaneously and in a short time. Currently, Awatori Rentaro has grown into a diverse lineup, ranging from small tabletop models for laboratories to large-scale production models. We have received numerous inquiries from various fields both domestically and internationally. THINKY will continue to assist in solving material processing challenges and building a foundation for mass production with our unique material processing technology and know-how.
