This is a surface treatment with an extremely excellent smoothness and a film thickness of 1 μm. For thin films, it can also be applied at thicknesses below 0.1 μm. The film hardness ranges from Hv 3000 to 5000, providing excellent wear resistance. It is also very effective for non-ferrous welding, so please consult us if you are having trouble with welding aluminum or solder.
