**Features** DLC with a diamond structure, possessing 90% of carbon's SP3 structure. - Punching of phosphor bronze (C-5240) with a thickness of approximately 0.12 mm allows for about twice the number of shots to be processed. - The regrinding amount is also about 0.05 mm, allowing for the worn parts to be removed, thus extending the lifespan of the punch. - The adhesion strength is very high, and with a hardness of 6000 to 7000 Hv, the coating on the sides is less likely to peel off, allowing for repeated use without re-coating. **Specifications** Hardness Hv: 6000–7000 Hv Heat resistance temperature: 600°C Film thickness: 0.1–0.8 μm Processing temperature: 150°C Surface roughness (Ra): 4 nm
