Slick coat (S/H) - a carbon thin film with high hardness, electrical insulation properties, and infrared transmittance.
Slick coat (S/H) - a carbon thin film with high hardness, electrical insulation properties, and infrared transmittance.
**Application** It is also effective for insulation. DLC coating is currently used in many applications and has shown effectiveness, but there were concerns about adhesion under high loads due to its high hardness and low-temperature treatment. DLC-soft was developed to address this issue by significantly improving the adhesion of the coating by lowering its hardness to an acceptable range. This coating has been spreading mainly in Europe and the United States and is being applied to sliding and rolling parts that experience high loads, such as automotive components and fuel injection pump parts.

Company information
Simply having a low price or a short delivery time does not differentiate us from other companies, so we work with your representatives to achieve total cost performance through meetings and proposals. There are various types of surface treatment (surface modification). If you consult with us, we can suggest the best type of film if you let us know about any issues or your current situation.
