Of course, we have a wealth of achievements in this area. ● Correspondence to operating pressure and structure - Up to ±40kPa: Both JIS standard specification machines and new JIS standard specification machines can handle this with standard specifications. - Up to ±70kPa: JIS standard specification machines can handle this with standard specifications. - High-pressure specifications = up to 0.2MPa: We will manufacture based on JIS standard specification machines, tailored to the specifications. - Ultra-high-pressure specifications = up to 0.98MPa: We will inquire about detailed specifications and manufacture as a specially designed product. ● High-pressure resistant machines (external seals) - Prevents gas leakage and blowout inside and outside the rotary valve. - Various sealing mechanisms are utilized for shaft seals, and design and manufacturing are carried out after thorough consideration based on specifications. ● High-concentration transport machines (external seals + upper and lower seals) - This significantly improves the upper and lower gas sealing performance based on the know-how of high-pressure resistant machines. - It enables continuous transport of high concentrations. - The leakage airflow is kept to a level comparable to low-concentration transport machines, even under high pressure.
