Cold water circulation cooling chiller. The discharge water temperature from the chiller is 0.5°C, which is extremely low. A cold water recycling piping circuit is established between the freezing point chiller and a dedicated cooling water tank, allowing warm food to be introduced into the tank, raising the temperature of the water. This water is then sent to the freezing point chiller via a cold water circulation pump, where it is re-cooled and returned to the tank, creating a water-saving recycling cooling system. With a discharge water temperature of 0.5°C and an intake water temperature of 2.0°C, the water temperature in the tank is maintained at a constant 1-2°C, effectively cooling the food. Cold water is cooled as it passes through 18 stainless steel pipes with an inner diameter of 72.3mm, allowing for cooling even if foreign objects smaller than the inner diameter are mixed in. This system is ideal for cooling in factories with the goals of water conservation and energy saving.
