We conduct actual food cooling and freezing experiments using spiral/tunnel freezers at our in-house food factory. Additionally, since we manufacture the spiral conveyor body in our own factory, we are the only manufacturer capable of designing, producing, and providing after-sales service for spiral fresh chillers/freezers that accurately meet our customers' unique needs.

●Quality Improvement Since thawing is performed at low temperatures and high humidity, it suppresses surface drying of frozen products and minimizes drip loss. After thawing is complete, products are stored in refrigeration (0°C to 5°C), which inhibits bacterial growth and produces high-quality thawed products. ●Cleaning The freezing machine and cooler are located at the top of the unit, so there are no protrusions inside the unit other than the circulation fan and cart, making post-operation cleaning very easy. ●Layout We design the equipment and layout according to the customer's application and installation location. ●Running Costs Our thawing equipment uses very little water and generates almost no wastewater, resulting in cost savings compared to water thawing and resolving issues related to water supply and drainage.

■ Freezing when using a metal belt for foods with a moist surface is difficult. Examples include individual quick freezing (I.Q.F.) of chicken, meat, fish, etc. ■ Freezing when the shape of individual foods is too small to use nets or mesh conveyors. Examples include minced meat, diced meat, etc. ■ Freezing after flattening the bottom surface of the food, using a freezing device with a metal conveyor. In this case, the food can freeze without sticking to the belt on the metal conveyor. ■ Freezing when the individual shape of the food is a liquid or viscous substance.
