We conduct actual food cooling and freezing experiments using spiral/tunnel freezers at our in-house food factory. By installing the drive reducer on the column, the floor frame has been eliminated, significantly improving the cleanliness of the floor surface. 3. Space-saving design The flexible belt is designed to be wound in a spiral, making it more space-efficient compared to linear belt systems. 4. Maintenance-free Stainless steel oil-free bearings and a tough, long-lasting cyclone reducer for driving are used. The reducer is grease-lubricated and maintenance-free. 5. Versatile layout The most suitable layout that prioritizes work efficiency in food factories is possible.
