This is a super engineering plastic made of PPS resin with extremely low leachables. It is a fitting for fluoropolymer (PFA, FEP, etc.) tubes, suitable for millimeter series sizes, but can also be used with resin tubes such as silicone, urethane, nylon, and polyethylene as long as the tube size matches. ■□■Features■□■ ■ Although it is a fitting for millimeter-type fluoropolymer tubes, it can also be used with other resin tubes if the tube dimensions match. ■ Resistant to most chemicals below 200 °C. ■ No consumables like sleeves are required. ■ No need to manage the tightening torque of the bag nut. ■ Flame-retardant resin (equivalent to UL-94V-0). ■ There are no abnormalities in the fitting until the tube breaks. * The surface may turn brown when exposed to ultraviolet light, but there is no change in physical properties, so you can use it with confidence.
