Abitac's Shinsei Industries offers plastic tubes and fittings suitable for clean piping applications in fields such as semiconductors, liquid crystals, biotechnology, medical, beverages, and science.
We have been promoting proposal-based sales activities that focus on the development of clean piping fittings and plastic tube products, in line with our customers' needs, while also independently developing products and applications. Therefore, although they are outside standard specifications, we are actively developing a large number of products tailored to the individual needs of our customers for both fittings and tubes.
Business Activities
We respond to diverse needs for fittings and tubes as part of our manufacturing and sales activities of Abitac brand fittings, plastic tubes, and related products used in fluid transfer piping. Our customers come from various fields including biotechnology, medical, food, chemical, semiconductor and LCD, and precision machinery. The fittings are made from materials such as stainless steel SUS316, SUS304, brass C3604BD, aluminum A1070, PPS resin, and PEEK resin. The tubes include fluoropolymer PTFE, PFA, FEP, and ETFE, as well as plastic tubes made from polyurethane, polyethylene, and nylon, allowing us to propose the best materials suited to customer needs. We actively respond to individual customer requirements and have developed numerous products including sanitary fittings, welding-compatible fittings, fittings for painting, electrostatic painting tubes, and low-pressure check valves.
