Hose fitting with a threaded stainless steel connection (direct connection type for resin tubes)
Registered Design No. 1613099 Sanitary Clean Piping Stainless Steel Fitting Heller Ferrule Integrated Fitting Tube Hose
Proposal for the "flexibilization, high functionality, and lightweighting of sanitary piping"! For example... ● I want to streamline the time and effort required for disassembly, cleaning, sterilization, and assembly. (Improvement of workability) ● I want to solve the vibration issues of SUS piping by switching to resin piping. (Vibration absorption and lightweighting through resin) ● I want to connect resin tube piping to the SUS piping system. (Connection piping to the main pipe) ● I want to branch resin tube piping from the SUS piping system. (Branch piping from the main pipe) ● I want to change the diameter of the piping size from the middle of the piping. (Different diameter branch piping) ● I want to visually check the state of the fluid with a highly transparent resin tube. (Visualization) ● I do not want to use threaded piping. (Smooth flow path) ● I do not want to use welded piping. (Prevention of welding degradation) ● I want to ensure a smooth flow path for the fluid. ● I want to directly connect commercially available resin tubes. (Versatility) ● I want to make fittings and tubes reusable. (Waste reduction) ● I would like to accommodate small lot sizes. (Prototypes are very welcome) ★ First, please take a look at the 'catalog' and fill out the necessary information on the attached "Customer Confirmation Sheet," then discuss with the sales representative!

Sanitary piping streamlined with 【direct connection type resin tube fittings】 ● The recommended tube is "fluororesin tube." Please consult us if you are using other types of tubes. ● The temperature and pressure of the fittings must be within the usage conditions of the tube. ● Please confirm that the tube material and SUS316 have sufficient durability against the fluid. ● Buff polishing and electropolishing are available. (Optional) ● A thread anti-seizing agent can be applied to the threaded part of the bag nut. (Optional)

Please use commercially available packing and clamps. Assembly and disassembly are very simple. 【Assembly】... Insert the packing in between and secure it with the clamp (hand-tighten). 【Disassembly】... Loosen the clamp by hand to disassemble. The image shows an example of connecting different diameter tubes using 8A rules. It connects our "8A fitting for φ6×φ4 fluororesin tube" and our "8A fitting for φ10×φ6.5 urethane tube" with packing and clamps.

Method for Connecting Tubes (for Fluororesin Tubes) 1) Pass the tube through the dedicated bag nut. 2) Push the tube's end until it hits the tip of the fitting insert. 3) Hand-tighten the nut onto the main body (as far as possible). 4) Use a wrench to tighten the nut against the main body (without torque management). *Please cut the end face of the tube as vertically as possible in advance. ★If using tubes other than fluororesin tubes, please be sure to consult us.

Benefits of switching from stainless steel pipes to resin tubes If you want to slide or move sanitary piping, or if you want to prevent the impact of vibrations from SUS pipes on equipment, you can solve the problem by processing resin tubes as needed, as shown in the video.
Company information
We have been promoting proposal-based sales activities that focus on the development of clean piping fittings and plastic tube products, in line with our customers' needs, while also independently developing products and applications. Therefore, although they are outside standard specifications, we are actively developing a large number of products tailored to the individual needs of our customers for both fittings and tubes.
