When connecting a cylinder and a pressure regulator, there may be cases where the diameters do not match. In particular, connecting overseas cylinders with domestic pressure regulators can be difficult. It seems that many pressure regulator manufacturers do not provide inlet fittings compatible with overseas cylinders. If you have trouble with conversion fittings, please feel free to contact us. When you reach out, please provide the following information: ■ What you want to convert ■ Whether it is a cylinder and a pressure regulator, or a pressure regulator and a connecting pipe. ■ The diameter of your cylinder and the diameter of the counterpart you want to convert to. American-made cylinders often start with CGA. ■ Please confirm whether it is male or female. If you mix them up, they will not connect at all. If possible, please take a photo or sketch it and send it via fax. ■ If you have any material specifications, please let us know. We can accommodate stainless steel, brass, Monel, and Hastelloy. ■ Whether a gasket is needed or not. We provide equipment ranging from high-pressure gas (generally 15MPa: 150kg/cm²) to ultra-high vacuum regions (1x10⁻⁹Pa: 1x10⁻¹¹TORR), including both standard and custom products. Additionally, we can offer environments from high-temperature regions (2300°C) to ultra-low temperature regions (-270°C) as part of our equipment. Specifically, we can design and manufacture high-temperature vacuum heat treatment furnaces and vacuum low-temperature experimental devices upon consultation.
