We also assemble and provide gas appliances and vacuum equipment for gas supply systems as manifolds and vacuum exhaust devices.
We provide equipment ranging from high-pressure gas (generally 15MPa: 150kg/cm²) to ultra-high vacuum regions (1x10⁻⁹Pa: 1x10⁻¹¹TORR), including both standard and custom products. Additionally, we can offer environments from high-temperature regions (2300°C) to ultra-low temperature regions (-270°C) as part of our equipment. Specifically, we can design and manufacture high-temperature vacuum heat treatment furnaces and vacuum low-temperature experimental devices upon consultation. Of course, we also provide utility piping for various equipment, as well as gases for the atmosphere and process gases. Please feel free to consult us with any inquiries.
Business Activities
Our company sells high-pressure gases and gas equipment. We provide various gas supply systems tailored to different applications requiring gas. Of course, we also handle piping work that involves on-site construction, including design, assembly, and construction. In addition to high-pressure gases, we manufacture low-temperature equipment such as liquid helium and liquid nitrogen, liquefied gas containers, experimental devices, and cryostats. Furthermore, we sell equipment for vacuum applications, producing everything from vacuum pumps to vacuum chambers and vacuum systems. We also offer maintenance for vacuum pumps and provide various types of fittings for vacuum and gas connections, as well as fittings for different materials.
