Filmix® is a mixer (dispersion stirring device) for nanoparticle dispersion that achieves sharp particle size distribution and micronization to nanometer sizes, which was difficult with conventional high-speed stirrers. Emulsification and dispersion in seconds significantly shorten research and development time. Model 80 can operate in batch mode for small-scale prototyping and dispersion condition verification, as well as in continuous mode for a fixed amount of prototyping.
