Printing suitability testing machine (3-color printing)
In response to the main issues of offset printing that could not be managed by conventional print suitability testing machines, we have developed a simulation device for offset printing, a three-color printing device for metal plate printing, and clear coating printing for two-color printing, among others. This allows for numerical settings of printing pressure, printing speed, printing intervals, ink supply methods, and more. Additionally, we can directly measure the printing pressure and printing speed during printing, read the speed changes during accelerated printing characteristic tests, and generate acceleration characteristic curves. Furthermore, to accurately capture the testing conditions, we utilize a computer to manage the set testing conditions, speed data, and other measurement data, enabling more precise information collection.
