Gravure printing suitability testing machine
Ink is scraped off the ink fountain onto the plate cylinder with a blade, and by coming into contact with the pressure cylinder wrapped with the test piece, the ink is transferred to the test piece at a constant printing pressure, completing the printing process. Additionally, while traditional testing devices required significant effort for cleaning after testing due to ink leakage and other issues, this device is designed with considerations for workability, such as sealing the ink fountain.
