Achieving a rotor speed of 8000 rpm (MAX) allows for unprecedented micronization by passing through the fixed stator, simultaneously applying shock, shear, compression, and friction while obtaining cavitation effects. The gap between the rotor and stator can be set from 0.3 to 3 mm in increments of 0.3 mm. Additionally, it uses a high-frequency motor with inverter control, eliminating the need for carbon brushes. As a result, there is no spark generation inside the motor, and the use of organic solvents is possible. We also accept orders for hoppers with capacities of 5L and 10L, as well as jacketed hoppers.
