The ACT series mesh screen cleaning machine achieves an environmentally friendly, low-cost, and space-saving solution through localized complete sealing cleaning. The ACT series provides uniform and high-quality cleaning for any type of screen. As for the operation overview: * Only the area to be cleaned (the inside of the screen frame) is enclosed by a sealed booth from both sides. * Solvent is sprayed in a high-pressure shower from 18 swing nozzles (the number of nozzles varies by type). * High-speed drying using warm air blow. (The drying temperature can be set as desired.)

The cleaning device from OKI Nextech... ◆ Adopts a localized cleaning method ○ Eliminates "peeling of the plate attachment area," dramatically extending the lifespan of the plate. ○ Running costs are reduced as solvents are consumed only in the necessary minimum areas. ◆ High-pressure shower from the swing nozzle quickly and perfectly washes away dirt from the fine details of the plate. ◆ Hot air drying for speedy liquid removal and drying. Efficient processing with a tact time of approximately 15 minutes (can be set as desired). ◆ Can accommodate various cleaning areas by exchanging the objective chamber. (The objective chamber can be replaced with a single touch.) ◆ Fully automated from cleaning to drying. ◆ The ACT200 series can handle plates up to 1000×1000mm. (We also accommodate other requests.)
