Typhoon Clean is an industrial dry cleaner (dust removal device). Resin and plastic products produced in factories are charged with static electricity, which can attract tiny foreign substances such as dust, debris, fiber scraps, and hair. Typhoon Clean is a dust removal device that collects foreign substances adhering due to static electricity in a non-contact, inline, and dry manner. The objects that Typhoon Clean can clean include three-dimensional products that are not "flat," such as injection-molded parts, resin products, trays, jigs, cups, containers, and mounted circuit boards. It is primarily used by being installed in the conveyor transport process of products or within automatic machines to clean dust inline as products flow through. Typhoon Clean is equipped with a static electricity removal bar, a high-speed pulse air blow rotating jet nozzle, and dust removal functionality. The static electricity removal bar emits ions that are propelled onto plastic products by high-speed pulse air blow, delivering impact and micro-vibrations to dust and debris stuck due to static electricity, which are then suctioned away from the surface. The foreign substances are collected using a filter set in a separate dust collector. It is a clean dust collection system that does not scatter dust and debris into the working environment.
