Rotor Clean is a dry cleaner that primarily cleans flat-surfaced substrates by making contact with a rotating brush during roll-to-roll and conveyor transport processes. It effectively removes dust and debris that are mainly stuck due to static electricity, as well as small metallic foreign objects, resin scraps, fiber clippings, and hair, using the physical force of the rotating brush. Rotor Clean is equipped with a static electricity removal bar, a flat jet nozzle for air blowing, and dust collection capabilities, in addition to the rotating brush. The static electricity removal bar emits ions and strikes the statically charged products with high-speed pulse air blow, sucking away dust and debris from the surface. Foreign objects are collected using a filter set in a separate dust collector. It is a clean dust collection system that does not scatter dust and debris into the working environment.

<5 Operating Modes> There are situations where you want to clean substrates like optical films or glass substrates/panels with minimal damage, or where you want to remove adhered foreign substances with the strong force of a rotating brush. The Rotor Clean has five operating modes to optimize the operating conditions according to the application. ◆ Soft Mode Removes foreign substances while minimizing damage to the substrate. ◆ Mild Mode Removes foreign substances while reducing damage to the substrate. Applications such as films, electrodes, and glass can be narrowed down from Soft Mode or Mild Mode. ◆ Hard Mode Removes adhered foreign substances using the physical force of the brush. ◆ Aggressive Mode Uses the strongest brush to remove adhered foreign substances with physical force. This mode is for applications where the ability to remove foreign substances is prioritized over surface damage, such as cleaning steel plates. ◆ Conductive Mode Cleans while discharging electricity from the brush by using a conductive brush. In the five operating modes, parameters such as brush rotation speed and pressing force can be adjusted.
