The brush moves inside the tube, automatically cleaning the piping! Achieving vacuum maintenance in the condenser and heat transfer maintenance in the heat exchanger, an automatic cleaning device for protecting fine tubes.
The "Daiwa-type BC automatic cleaning device" automatically removes obstacles such as scale and slime that adhere to the inside of tubes, while simultaneously preventing corrosion of various equipment. It can be utilized in various scenarios, including the condensers of steam turbines in thermal power generation facilities, various condensers and coolers for ships, and coolers for large air compressors. 【Operating Principle】 The dedicated cleaner brush is moved by the flow of cooling water to clean the inside of the cooling tube. The dedicated cleaner brush alternates between normal operation and backwashing operation. This results in automatic cleaning through repeated friction of the brush. As a result, the inside of the cooling tube can always maintain a clean state free from scale and slime. 【Features】 ■ Automatically cleans the inside of the tube by alternating between normal operation and backwashing operation. ■ Significantly suppresses corrosion at the tube ends, which are prone to corrosion, through a cap effect. ■ Offers brushes suitable for various diameters. ■ Almost never damages thin tubes. ■ Improved heat exchange efficiency due to scale removal leads to reduced fuel costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
