While wanting to reduce the amount of detergent used, we aim to maintain dirt removal and cleaning quality. We propose a cleaning method utilizing fine bubbles to address this challenge. According to comparative data with standard contaminated cloths, FB cleaning shows equivalent or greater whiteness change at a detergent concentration of 12.5 mg/dL, compared to the usual cleaning concentration of 50 mg/dL. This means the detergent concentration is reduced to one-fourth. If the same amount of cleaning water is used, this corresponds to a 75% reduction in detergent usage. Even at the same detergent concentration, the whiteness change with FB cleaning exceeds that of conventional cleaning. The MNB nozzle generates fine bubbles using a direct structure with a general-purpose pump. It is less prone to clogging, thereby reducing maintenance burdens.
