The Label Fitter LF-100 is a fully automatic shrink label machine with a compact design that can be installed in various locations and is attractively priced. It completely automates the labeling and shrink packaging process that was traditionally reliant on manual labor. The operation and switching between product types are simple, making it ideal for small to medium-sized users. Its compact design allows for installation in narrow spaces. Additionally, most of the machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum, which reduces rust and corrosion, ensuring durability and hygiene. The replacement of films and formers, as well as adjustments for container height and width, can be done quickly and easily. It can accommodate various container shapes, including square, round, oval, and flat. The mounting speed can also be freely adjusted to match the capacity of the preceding process (up to 50 bottles per minute). The film is accurately cut using our unique rotary cutter method, regardless of whether it is printed or plain.
