The Sleeve Wrap Shrink System MS-500 is a new generation packaging machine that integrates a manual sleeve wrapper and a shrink tunnel, designed to be affordable and compact, filling a gap in the market. It is ideal for a wide range of aggregation and small packaging with simple operation, contributing to the streamlining of logistics with minimal investment. Since it uses sleeve wrap shrink, there is no film scrap produced. It is compactly designed to fit in any installation space, easy to operate, and fully considers safety. A Teflon mesh belt conveyor is used in the tunnel section, significantly reducing noise. The adoption of a heat seal method results in minimal sealing odor. In the unlikely event that a valuable product gets caught in the sealing area, the machine will stop completely. The sealing bar's elevation is motorized, eliminating the need for an air source. It features a film centering mechanism, making it easy to accommodate frequent mold changes. The hand pusher support axis can be set on either side.
