Eco-friendly zero-waste packaging with a center seal method!

The horizontal pillow three-side sealer KW-500/700 is a horizontal pillow three-side sealer that enables automatic packaging of relatively large items or long products that are difficult to package with an L-shaped three-side sealer. It features a unique center seal method that overlaps the film at the bottom of the packaged item, eliminating excess material (waste), thus achieving economical packaging with minimal environmental impact. Packaging is automatically performed simply by placing the item on a conveyor. Additionally, size adjustments for various parts can be made through a handle mechanism or by exchanging formers for product changeovers. In the unlikely event that a valuable item gets caught in the sealing area, the machine will stop completely. The center seal section employs an endless sealing method.
