A full ceramic roll mill that allows for any pressure setting and achieves high cooling capacity. Ideal for high viscosity and precision dispersion applications.
The SDX-600-CLC is a hydraulic three-roll mill with a full ceramic specification that employs a special structure roll. This special structure roll allows for the roll pressure to be set arbitrarily. Thanks to the unique cooling system and the use of special ceramics, the cooling efficiency, which was a problem with ceramic rolls, has been significantly improved. Additionally, the cooling system helps to suppress the occurrence of rust inside the rolls. Like conventional roll mills, it is equipped with a gap adjustment function. Metal rolls can also be selected. Furthermore, we also offer a small ceramic roll mill.
