Achieving grinding and dispersion of particles below 50 nanometers! It is now possible to operate in a circulation mode with high flow rates using ultra-small beads for grinding and dispersion.
MicroMedia, developed for nano-level grinding and dispersion, is a wet bead mill that achieves high efficiency and high cooling through its unique structure. It enables grinding and dispersion below 50 nanometers, which was difficult with conventional mills (bead diameter of 0.3 mm), and allows for circulation operation at high flow rates using extremely small beads. Additionally, it suppresses metal contamination with ceramic components. The main features are detailed in the "Basic Information" section below. *For more information, please download the catalog or contact us.

basic information
【Main Features】 ■ The available bead diameter size changes according to the wetted material. For super steel, it ranges from 0.03 to 0.8 mm, and for silicon carbide, it ranges from 0.03 to 0.3 mm. ■ A special chamber design that physically controls the movement of the beads is adopted to accommodate ultra-small beads. The use of ultra-small beads and the machine control capabilities provided by the special structure enable efficient and gentle dispersion grinding. This results in a sharp particle size distribution and allows for the dispersion of metal powders, which was previously impossible. ■ The unique bead separation mechanism achieves high grinding and dispersion efficiency while enabling circulation operation at high flow rates. Compared to conventional bead mills, productivity is dramatically improved. ■ In the case of ceramic specifications, metal contamination is suppressed, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
