■Uniform Drying■ - The dryer is divided into zones. Air is ejected in each zone, with the direction alternately flipped up and down, achieving uniform drying of the product. - The feeder allows for adjustments to the input angle, distribution angle, and input width during operation. This enables the height of the product layer to be adjusted without interrupting production, reducing variability in drying. ■High Hygiene■ - Large inspection doors are installed on the entire surface of the dryer. This allows for easy access to the interior of the equipment. - The interior of the dryer is designed to thoroughly reduce dead space where powder can accumulate. A plenum space is installed on the side of the dryer to allow exhaust air to pass through. Even if dust mixes with the exhaust air, it falls to the floor of the separated plenum space, preventing powder from accumulating in areas that contact the product and keeping the interior of the equipment clean. ■Energy Saving■ - A method of reusing drying air reduces energy consumption. Uniform drying is achieved, and since the moisture content of the product becomes uniform, there is no need for over-drying to guarantee the maximum moisture value of the product. - A structure that enhances the air seal of the entire dryer. By installing insulation material throughout the dryer, heat waste is reduced.
