For other delivery formats, if you have a specified format, we will fill it out accordingly (handwritten is acceptable). If there is no specification, we will fill it out in our inspection report. We will also deliver a work report with images that includes necessary information such as axis, surface correction, symbols, and shape defects. (In cases of simple items or when not necessary, we may not create this report.) We will also calculate data on process capability, which will incur an additional charge.
