Even seasoned professionals find it difficult to make thin omelets, but with the Egg Robo D, they can be cooked automatically. Liquid eggs are spread on a heated drum and cooked continuously to an even thickness. Thanks to Daihan's unique know-how, the surface temperature of the drum can be kept constant, and the drum width can be customized to your desired size, allowing for the production of 2 to 3 times the amount of thin sheets compared to other machines at once. By changing the ingredients, it is also possible to produce crepes, spring roll skins, and other sheet-like foods. There are three types of heat sources available: the gas D type, the electric heater ED type, and the IH (induction heating) IHD type.
