The "P" in Egg Robo P stands for "Press." Its purpose is the automatic production of thick omelets used as sushi rolls and in datemaki. This single machine handles the entire process from supplying ingredients to cooking and extraction. It uses next-generation induction heating for excellent workability. By switching from a caterpillar-type to a flat-type design, it allows for efficient use of all pots, eliminates unnecessary waste heat, and minimizes the space required for the main unit.
