Stir-frying can vary greatly depending on skill level. Even inexperienced newcomers or delicate female part-time workers can easily and reliably create delicious stir-fried dishes with perfect temperature control using induction heating. A reliable helper has been born. Electromagnetic waves have the property of transmitting magnetic force even through gaps. "Kuru Stir" utilizes this property, allowing the inner pot itself to generate heat and significantly improve thermal efficiency. In other words, the time it takes to reach the desired temperature after turning on the switch is much faster compared to conventional equipment. In large-scale and continuous cooking, there is no loss of time waiting for the equipment to heat up, making it ideal for stir-frying at high temperatures. In addition to producing our own egg-related baking machines, we have recently manufactured a variety of safe and highly efficient equipment, including IH heating rotary stirring kettles and griddles.
