The strong heat generated by IH (induction heating) is more powerful than gas, making it ideal for stir-frying and simmering. The pot comes in both round and square bottom types and is rotatable, allowing for easy removal of cooked dishes. With a heat efficiency of over 90%, there is no heat release to the surroundings, and it does not raise the ambient temperature. Thanks to this, the working environment is always comfortable! IH tilting pan option: The inner pot's mirror iron plate uses a special material developed by our company, which excels in heat distribution compared to regular iron plates, and the plate itself is also very resistant to scratches. Sticking is easily removed, and there is less risk of burning.
