The heat source of the "Baan Robo" is IH (induction heating), which utilizes the properties of electromagnetic waves to directly apply heat to the upper and lower iron plates with over 95% high thermal efficiency. Compared to indirect heating methods like gas, it has very little heat loss, allowing for extremely quick preparation for operation. Additionally, even when cooking large quantities of food continuously, it maintains a stable temperature without the drop seen in traditional electric appliances, enabling consistent food production. The feedback system efficiently controls the temperature, minimizing unnecessary heat dissipation and effectively reducing running costs. Furthermore, since it does not use an open flame, it keeps the surrounding temperature rise in check, ensuring comprehensive environmental and safety measures. It also significantly saves on air conditioning costs. The Baanrobo is an automatic baking machine that uses IH as a heat source. It efficiently cooks food by pressing it from above and below, ensuring that it is thoroughly cooked inside. The temperature can be adjusted at individual points, allowing for rapid heating or slow cooking by adjusting the heating temperature and conveyor speed as desired. The spacing between the upper and lower conveyors is digitally displayed, enabling precise adjustments for fluffy baking. The belt is made of special Teflon and comes with a dust scraper for easy cleaning. With complete automation, it allows for the production of large quantities of products in a short time with a minimal number of staff. There is also a compact tabletop model, which makes it easy to bake meat patties, where temperature control is crucial. Simply placing the patties at the end of the belt prevents overcooking or undercooking, making it easy for even new part-time workers to handle. Since the cooking is done by pressing, the meat's flavor is sealed in while excess fat is cut away, resulting in a very juicy finish.
