The J-cure 1500 series is a UV irradiation device designed to efficiently emit ultraviolet light with wavelengths ranging from 250 to 420 nm, using metal halide lamps or mercury lamps. It is available in two types: a compact conveyor-integrated model and an irradiation box type, allowing you to choose the model that suits your needs. It supports a wide range of applications, including adhesive curing, insulation varnish resin curing, and paint pretreatment curing.

- The compact conveyor-integrated type can be used for curing in continuous small processes. The conveyor speed is variable from 1 m to 10 m/min, allowing for adaptation to various applications. - The irradiation box type consists of an irradiation unit, irradiation box, and power unit. In addition to being usable for inline applications, it can also be used for long-duration UV irradiation purposes such as UV degradation testing.
