We will check the model, year of manufacture, refrigerant type, refrigerant charge, operating hours, set temperature, and actual temperature of the refrigeration and air conditioning equipment during the on-site inspection.
We will continuously measure the current at 5-minute intervals before and after installing the Reduck. By comparing power consumption under the same conditions, such as outdoor temperature, we will objectively evaluate the improvement in efficiency.
The signal wire from the Reduck is wrapped around the refrigerant piping and secured with aluminum tape. It then acts on the refrigerant flowing through the system.
The current data collected at 5-minute intervals were plotted against outdoor temperature, and regression analysis was used to compare power consumption under the same temperature conditions. After installing the Reduck, a decreasing trend in current values was observed across all temperature ranges.
Based on the results of the reduction analysis, we will report the estimated annual cost savings and the payback period, and then proceed with the permanent installation work. Note: This analysis is a comparative evaluation based on measured data correlated with outdoor temperature. However, since it is difficult to completely standardize production conditions and operating parameters, the calculated reduction rate and cost savings are provided for reference only and do not guarantee future savings.
