We provide injection molds and molded products that incorporate essential know-how for low-cost mass production of molded products with nano-patterns, including surface treatments and stamper exchange structures. We offer high-precision molds and molded products that utilize stampers developed for optical disc molds, enabling the transfer of fine shapes onto product surfaces ranging from thin to thick. We pursue high cycle times by minimizing temperature fluctuations of the mold through the use of low thermal conductivity materials for mold components and special treatments for those components. We possess in-house know-how and equipment necessary for fine groove processing, hole processing, and regeneration of worn stamper back surfaces to achieve the above. Molding in a clean room is also possible, allowing us to provide molds and molded products for applications that require high reliability and safety.
