Silicone rubber fine sheet EW-50, in addition to the heat resistance and electrical insulation properties unique to silicone rubber, features a surface embossing developed exclusively by our company, which reduces blocking between processed products. Furthermore, due to the calendering process, it has excellent thickness accuracy and allows for wide-width molding.

- We offer wide rolls (up to 1000mm) and long lengths (10m) with thicknesses of 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, and 1.0mm. We are also open to consultations for other desired thicknesses and lengths. - The surface of the sheet is embossed to prevent adhesion, which reduces blocking between processed products. - Since it is manufactured using calendar molding, it has superior thickness accuracy compared to press-molded products. - It has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, and electrical insulation properties. - We use low molecular siloxane-reduced type silicone rubber. - We also accept secondary processing such as single-sided adhesive processing and die-cutting.
