This is a tape transfer-type dust removal device. It is a device that removes dust and dirt adhering to the surface of substrates such as films. The main drive unit does not use gears and employs a non-contact magnetic drive. There is no dust generation from the insertion and removal of the adhesive roll or from friction. Additionally, cleaning can be performed without winding thin substrates into a straight roll, thanks to direct pressure application from the adhesive roll and its pressure adjustment valve.
