basic information
"Intelli-Ma Tape (Wax Alternative Type)" is a functional adhesive tape that hardens like an adhesive at room temperature and can be peeled off when heated. It is suitable for processes that require strong fixation, such as dicing and polishing. - Adhesion is activated at 60°C (workpiece fixation is possible), and adhesion decreases above 60°C (workpiece can be peeled off). - Can be reused multiple times depending on the usage environment. - Extremely low residue left behind. - Excellent dimensional stability, achieving high processing precision. - Compliant with the RoHS directive.
