The "Intelli-Mate Tape (Cool-Off Type)" is a functional adhesive tape that exhibits adhesion above a set switching temperature, determined by molecular design. When returned to a temperature below the switching temperature, the adhesion disappears. This temperature (switching temperature) can be set within the range of 20°C to 60°C. In the adhesive state, it has sufficient holding power and becomes easy to peel off through cooling or leaving at room temperature, making it primarily used for applications such as laminating ceramic sheets and knife (guillotine) cutting. ● The switching temperature can be set between 20°C and 60°C. ● Reusable depending on the usage environment. ● Extremely low residue left behind. ● Excellent dimensional stability, achieving high processing precision. ● Compliant with the RoHS directive.
