The "Intelli-Mate Tape (Warm-Off Type)" is a functional adhesive tape that significantly reduces its adhesive strength above a set switching temperature, which is determined by molecular design. This temperature (switching temperature) can be set in the range of 30°C to 50°C. It maintains its bonding strength at room temperature and becomes easier to peel off when heated, making it primarily used for applications such as dicing cuts. ● The switching temperature can be set between 30°C and 50°C. ● Reusable multiple times depending on the usage environment. ● Extremely low adhesive residue. ● Excellent dimensional stability, achieving high processing accuracy. ● Compliant with the RoHS directive.
