This is an integrated hot plate aluminum casting heater made using aluminum alloy as the material and a sheath heater as the heat source. - Since the heater and the main body are completely integrated, there is no concern about dry burning from gaps that can occur with clamping methods or cartridge heater insertion methods. - The surface roughness, flatness, parallelism, and mounting holes of the hot plate can be machined freely and precisely, allowing for implantation into high-precision equipment. - The temperature distribution on the surface of the hot plate remains good even at high temperatures, and by applying various surface treatments, a surface with excellent corrosion resistance can be formed. - Our hot plates can be manufactured to specifications that meet customer requirements, including size, rated voltage, capacity, number of elements, and hole processing. - Particularly when selecting pure aluminum, there is no generation of unwanted gases, making it ideal for heating delicate semiconductors/LCDs. - The structure makes it easy to achieve uniform temperature distribution, making it optimal for heating large products such as LCD panels.
