A printer for clean rooms that exceeds Class 1000 standards, which corresponds to 1/1000 of the air cleanliness of outdoor air on a typical sunny day.
A clean room is a space where airborne particles are controlled, used in fields such as food, medical and pharmaceuticals, electronic devices, precision machinery, and optical equipment. There were no printers/labelers that could withstand use in this clean room. This is because commercially available printers inevitably scatter labels and ink ribbons inside the room.

basic information
We developed a printer/labeler that can withstand use in a clean room. First, we used stainless steel material without paint instead of a painted housing from the beginning. Additionally, to enable label cutting, we equipped it with a duct bracket as standard, creating a structure that prevents ink, paper debris, and other dust from escaping outside. The resulting printer/labeler exceeds the Class 1000 standard, which corresponds to 1/1000 of the air cleanliness of outdoor air on a typical clear day. Please contact us for more details.
