It is designed based on the know-how we have cultivated in wafer transportation, using packaging containers, spacers, and cushioning materials made from low-particle and low-ion materials. All materials are treated for static electricity prevention and comply with the ANSI/ESD S541 standard. We assist in transporting customer wafers, starting from small lots such as test wafers.
