[Overview] This is a one-component paste-like repair material that cures under high heat, specially formulated with a silicon alloy based on thermosetting resin. After curing, it maintains high durability and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. □Surface Preparation: Remove rust from the corroded areas of the metal using blasting, grinding, etc., and roughen the surface. *While simple surface preparation is possible for adhesion, more thorough preparation is necessary to enhance adhesive strength as much as possible. □Degreasing and Cleaning: Remove moisture, oil, dirt, etc., using a cleaning agent. □Application: Since it is a one-component heat-curing resin, no mixing is required. First, apply it by rubbing onto the prepared surface, then perform a second coat. However, at high temperatures, the material tends to sag, so a thickness of up to 6mm on horizontal surfaces and 3mm on vertical surfaces is recommended. □Curing and Aging: To ensure sufficient curing, a substrate temperature of 70 to 150°C is required, but curing time varies with temperature.
