  ITO film etching and peeling device This is a device for patterning the movable electrodes of resistive membrane touch panels. It is capable of processing curled film substrates using an O-ring conveyor in a sheet-fed manner. Roll-to-roll processing is also available. For more details, please contact us.

  This is a device that forms the peripheral wiring of the bezel area of a capacitive touch panel substrate using photosensitive silver paste, achieving L/S = 40/40μm.

  Photo spacer development equipment. It is a device that forms dot spacers on the fixed electrode surface of a resistive membrane type touch panel substrate using photolithography.

  Roll brush cleaning unit It is a non-contact roll brush drive unit using a magnetic drive system. The maintainability of the roll brush drive section has been significantly improved.

  Water cutting and drying (air knife) This is a diagram of the water cutting and drying section for glass substrates.
