【Operating Principle of the Holder】 <Basic Structure> ■ Based on a double air tube type holder (compact type), it employs an oil tube filled with a certain amount of special liquid instead of a pressurized air tube. ■ The oil tube is completely sealed, and the pressurization/release operation is performed by a dedicated mechanism attached to the doctor device. <Correction Mechanism Using the Oil Tube> ■ When the doctor is rotated by a separate pressurization device and the blade tip contacts the roll, the pressure inside the oil tube increases via the finger. ■ The liquid inside the oil tube moves so that all contact points between the tube and the finger have the same pressure, transmitting the correction pressure to the blade tip through the finger. ■ The blade tip can maintain a constant pressure while following and contacting the roll. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
