**Operating Principle of the Holder** <Basic Structure> ■ Based on a double air tube type holder (compact type), a special heat-resistant spring is used instead of a pressurized air tube. ■ Since the spring-type holder does not have a pressure/release mechanism on its own, it is used in combination with a separate dedicated mechanism. <Correction Mechanism by Spring> ■ When the doctor is rotated by a separate pressurizing device and the blade tip contacts the roll, the fingers at the strong contact point push the spring in. ■ The compressed spring rebounds with a force determined by the specified spring constant. ■ Even if irregular changes occur between the roll and the blade tip, the spring compresses by the amount of change, ensuring uniform contact at the blade tip as a result. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
